Purpose

Machine tool structure and performance characteristics:
1. The castings of this machine tool are all made of high-quality resin sand castings, and they are treated by artificial aging to reduce the stress deformation of the castings.
2. The machine adopts gantry fixed-beam design with optimized design, and the contact surfaces are all treated with spatula to ensure the rigidity of the movement of the machine and the precision and stability of the machine at high-speed displacement.
3. This machine tool adopts high-speed electric spindle system, and all important parts are strictly heat-treated; it adopts P4 grade spindle special bearing and special grease lubrication, and the whole set of spindle has to be corrected by computer dynamic balance and run-in test after assembled under constant temperature, which makes the whole set of electric spindle have long service life and high reliability.
4. the machine tool X, Y, Z three-axis drive ball screws are used in Taiwan Province of China supporting manufacturers PMI or HIWIN provided by the C3 class ball screws, ball screws are used in the main end of the imported P4 class 60 ゚ contact angle of the main end of the ball screw bearing paired combination of ball screws, vice end of the use of precision-grade deep groove ball bearings, X, Y and Z axes all use precision linear guideways provided by HIWIN of Taiwan Province of China, the load can be easily along the slide rail to the load of the platform. The platform can easily move linearly with high precision along the slide rails. Adopt high quality couplings to ensure high rigidity of the three-axis transmission, stable and reliable accuracy.
5. Adopting the enclosed cover, the two sides of the door form improves the operation space, the overall footprint is small, which is beneficial to the utilization of space in the plant.
6. The lubrication system of the machine tool adopts volumetric oil supply lubrication system to ensure that any lubrication part is fully lubricated. It is recommended to supply oil once every 15 minutes, and the lubricant is recommended to use ISOVG68 guide rail oil.
