Machine structure and performance characteristics
1. The castings of this machine tool are all made of resin sand castings, and the castings are processed by artificial aging to reduce the stress deformation of the castings.
2. Wide base box structure and "herringbone" column design, and optimized design, column for the double-wall structure, greatly enhance the mechanical rigidity. The contact surfaces are treated with spatula to ensure the rigidity of the movement of the machine and the precision and stability of the high-speed displacement.
3. The spindle system of this machine tool comes from a professional manufacturer in Taiwan Province of China, and all the important parts are strictly heat-treated; P4 grade spindle bearings and special grease lubrication are adopted, and the whole set of spindles is assembled at a constant temperature, and then it is required to pass the computer dynamic balance correction and run-in test, which makes the whole set of spindles have a long service life and high reliability.
4. the machine tool X, Y, Z three-axis drive ball screws are used in Taiwan Province of China supporting manufacturers PMI or HIWIN provided by the C3 grade ball screws, ball screws are used in the main end of the imported P4 grade 60 ゚ contact angle of the main end of the ball screw special bearings, the tail end of the pre-tensioning device, to ensure that the backlash of the machine and the thermal deformation of the machine for a long time to remain at a low value. The X and Y axes adopt linear slide rail, and the Z axis adopts hard rail, which has the characteristics of high rigidity, high abrasion resistance, low noise and low friction, to ensure the positioning accuracy and control of machining error. Adopt high quality coupling without backlash to ensure high rigidity, stable and reliable precision of three-axis transmission.
5. The lubrication system of the machine tool adopts volumetric oil supply lubrication system to ensure that the lubricated parts are fully lubricated. It is recommended to supply oil every 15 minutes, and the lubricant is recommended to use ISOVG68 guide rail oil.
